Design of Fixed Support for Waterproof Box

The waterproof box needs to be fixed on a circular column, and an open circular metal lock ring needs to be designed to connect the waterproof box to the column. In order to form a solid connection between the metal lock ring and the waterproof box, our design engineers have made some professional designs. They have made some matching groove designs on the waterproof box and the metal ring respectively. The metal nut is built into the box body, and the embedded nut forming process is adopted to make the nut and the box body become one body without loosening. Metal nuts don't slide easily. After connecting the metal ring with the box body, the metal ring is locked on the box body with a screw, so that the screw mainly bears the force in the horizontal direction and the force in the vertical direction will be borne by the matching concave-convex structure.
